Media & Event Consent

Notice to all TEDxPune attendees, speakers, volunteers, and partners.

1. Event Recording Notice

TEDxPune is a recorded event. By entering the event premises, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or audio recorded by TEDxPune, TED, or designated media partners.

2. Usage & Distribution Rights

Photographs, video footage, and audio recordings collected during TEDxPune may be published, broadcast, live-streamed, or distributed globally on official website channels, YouTube, social media, TED platforms, and promotional materials without additional compensation or prior review.

3. Attendee Guidelines

Attendees are permitted to take non-commercial photos and short video clips for personal sharing on social media, provided it does not disturb speakers, audience members, or official recording equipment. Unapproved commercial recording or full talk duplication is strictly prohibited.
