Attendee Rules & Regulations

Terms, conduct guidelines, and event rules for all TEDxPune 2026 participants.

1. Event Day & Attendance

Punctuality: Attendees arriving late will not be allowed inside the auditorium while talks or stage sessions are in progress.
Auditorium Access: Entry into the auditorium begins prior to scheduled session times.
Closed Sessions: Auditorium gates strictly close during active sessions to prevent disruption to speakers and fellow audience members.
Identification & Badging: Attendees must carry a valid government-issued photo ID for verification and wear their conference badge at all times throughout the event.

Non-Refundable: All registrations and ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Transferability: Ticket transfers are permitted only upon prior written request sent to connect@tedxpune.com before 28 September 2026.
One Person Only: Each ticket admits one individual only and cannot be shared or split between multiple attendees.

Recording Restriction: Flash photography and video recording in the speaking arena/auditorium is strictly not allowed.
Event Recording Notice: TEDxPune is an officially recorded event. By attending, you grant TEDxPune, TED, and media partners permission to capture your photo, video, and audio for official broadcast and media release without additional compensation.

Security Checks: Attendees must cooperate with security personnel. Organizers reserve the right to inspect belongings or frisk attendees if necessary.
Prohibited Items: Alcohol, tobacco, illegal substances, dangerous items, and outside food/beverages are strictly banned within the venue.
Behavior Code: Organizers maintain a strict zero-tolerance code of conduct. Any disruptive behavior or misconduct will result in immediate removal from the venue without a refund.
Personal Belongings: TEDxPune is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items or any personal injuries sustained at the event.
